ECE-NC Substitutes was founded by Steph Nestor. Ms. Nestor has spent the past 20 years running Rainbow Garden Preschool, Dolphin After-School Enrichment Program, and Cape Fear Child Development Center. Ms. Nestor is familiar with the substitute teacher and staffing needs of NC Licensed programs in the area and is excited to help with the solution.
